It's an english version of our site

We just thought it would be useful to make this site available in English, but the main problem is that english version will have less information coverage than russian one, just not to duplicate other sites' content (violating someone's copyrights the same time).

The list of chapters/articles is still the subject of discussion (and depends on the amount of our spare time obviously). We'll try to expand it after summarizing what we can do in the framework of this Content Management System because one of the main reasons to move site to CMS is to spend minimal time writing code but adding content.

Regards to all criticism (including language use) we receive. Cooperation with readers makes site better.
